River City Services Pty Ltd, trading as R C Property Management, was formed to improve and expand the service delivery available to private property owners in the real estate industry. Too often, the vital property management function is treated as unimportant by real estate principals, who add the task to the many duties carried by hard working junior reception personnel. The Principal and working director of R C Property Management, Patricia Cathcart, after 15 years industry experience, decided to establish her own company to guarantee control of service delivery to her clients. With Mr Romald Czislowski as co-director, River City Services was formed. Romald's extensive administrative and computer systems experience, combined with a sales and service background, strengthens and enhances the company structure. Situated in the heart of the Bardon shopping precinct above the OZ Liquor Mart, the new office is easily accessed, with two levels of off street parking. With 23 suburbs a comfortable 20 - 25 minutes drive from the office, prompt and timely service to both property owners and tenants is the company focus. Senior REIQ trained personnel are employed to ensure a blend of both experience and people skills. Every owner is provided with an ongoing preventative maintenance schedule to ensure all properties under management are kept in saleable condition at all times. This allows the property to compete in all rental and sale markets with the cash flow monitored for minimum disruption. When the owner is ready to return the property to the sale market, this strategy ensures that the expenditure is kept to a minimum and the capital gain is maximized. Communication and full reporting to all owners on all matters ensures peace of mind and puts the pleasure back into owning property. |
